These automated marketing messages may utilize an automatic telephone dialing system and will be sent to the mobile number you provided during signup or any other number you designate. Please note that consent to receive these automated marketing messages is not a condition for making any purchase. Msg & Data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. Barbato Properties, LLC reserves the right to modify the frequency of messaging at any time, adjusting the total number of messages sent. Additionally, we may change the short code or phone number used to send messages, and you will be notified of any such changes. Not all mobile devices or handsets may support these messages, and delivery is not guaranteed in all areas. Barbato Properties, LLC, along with its service providers and the associated mobile carriers, cannot be held liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.  

Our messaging program supports messages to major carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, and other regional carriers.

Cancellation

To cancel the automated marketing messages, simply text the keywords STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After sending your cancellation request, you will receive an additional confirmation message indicating that your request has been processed. Please be aware that our text message platform may not recognize unsubscribe requests that do not follow these specific keyword commands, and you agree that Launch Control and its service providers will not be responsible for failing to honor such requests.
